Delivery and exchanges

Delivery

Delivery is free inside Lahore. We deliver to every other city in Pakistan for a flat delivery charge, shown at checkout before you place your order. Most orders arrive in 3 to 5 working days after we confirm them by phone.

Cash on delivery

You pay the rider in cash when your parcel arrives. We never ask for card details.

Discreet packaging

Every order ships in a plain parcel with no product names on the outside.

Size exchanges

If a size doesn't fit, message us within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with tags and hygiene liners in place. For hygiene reasons, briefs can't be exchanged once opened.

Your information

We use your name, phone and address only to deliver your order and contact you about it. We don't share them with anyone except our courier.
